Step One: Mix the raisins into the oats, then add your milk.
If you are trying to increase your calorie intake we recommend using ‘Fortified Milk’ – see our previous blog post for the recipe.
Step Two: Heat your porridge in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes to your preference. The raisins should have softened nicely.
Step Three: Sprinkle on some linseeds and stir.
Step Four: To enrich add some honey and / or stir in some full fat yoghurt or double cream.
