Medical experts play a fundamental role within the judicial system by providing opinion on evidence to assist courts in reaching decisions.

Both Lynda and Sam have completed additional training with Bond Solon, the UK’s leading provider of expert witness training which is recognised as being essential in this area. Lynda is currently in the final stage of completing the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Certificates.

Lynda has been involved in this area for several years and has experience of working for claimants and as a joint expert. These cases have included clinical negligence, personal injury and condition and prognosis as a result of clinical negligence.

Lynda and Sam are both registered on the expert panel with Premex Medico-legal services.
