Sunlight Nutrition is based at Hodsock Lodge Farm, which is a working farm growing a variety of arable crops, vegetables and home to a herd of beef cows.<\/p>\n

Hodsock Lodge Farm is also home to Sam and her family who enjoy a little bit of vegetable growing just for fun. This weekend we have enjoyed our first harvest of 2018, broad beans\u2026<\/p>\n

The children have really enjoyed watching the beans grow, picking them and popping them out of the pods and eating them up!<\/p>\n

This hot weather has been a great excuse for eating outside and enjoying a colourful vegetable selection with our lunch. As Dietitians we recommend \u2018eating 5 a day\u2019 and \u2018eating a rainbow\u2019 to ensure we eat a good selection of vitamins and minerals.
